Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global organisation who have an opportunity for a Reward Business Partner to be an integral part of their growing reward team.
Reporting into the Global Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Managing the company's incentive plans and helping to ensure they are market leading
* Designing, developing, and delivering new reward initiatives to help with business growth
* Supporting with executive compensation and Remco reporting
* Taking ownership of the gender pay reporting
* Supporting with cyclical reward activities
We are looking for someone who has worked within sales incentives and has executive reward and Remco experience.
