Job Details
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this national specialist services provider to recruit a talented Lead HR / ER Advisor to cover the Swindon / Bristol areas on a permanent basis. The position is remote based with travel to sites around / based between Swindon and Bristol.
The purpose of the role is to offer accurate interpretation, advice, application and representation on employment legislation, best practice and policies and procedures on a range of HR matters for a number of Clients across the region. This includes recruitment and selection, remuneration, terms and conditions of service, disciplinary and capability (performance and health) cases, grievance, redundancy and restructures, complex ER casework and TUPE etc.
You will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior / Lead HR advisory position, which will include advice and support for managers, training, responsibility for issues such as the appointment and dismissal of staff, grievance, disciplinary procedures, absence management, redundancy, ER etc. Ideally you will be CIPD level 7 qualified (or at least level studying) or possess the relevant on the job experience.
