A brand new role to the business to set up and deliver the D&I strategy

A part time, permanent opportunity 25 hours per week/3 days. 1 day per week office based in Leeds.

Client Details

A well established business based in Leeds City Centre.

Description

  • Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for:
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in order to drive buy in and influence the D&I agenda
  • Writing the D&I strategy
  • Delivering the D&I strategy for the business
  • Working with the wider HR function and stakeholders to identify the business priorities for the D&I agenda.

Profile

  • Have previously been part of delivering a D&I strategy within an organisation either in a specialist D&I role or as part of a HR role.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence at a high level.
  • Have the ability to write and deliver on a D&I strategy.
  • Is looking for 25 hours per week on a permanent basis.

Job Offer

  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000k per annum FTE
  • 25 hours per week - 3 days or could work over 4/5 days
  • Leeds city centre office based 1 day per week, can work from home
  • Excellent benefits
