Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Advisor, a brand new, true generalist role. You will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for all hands on operational HR duties, a role that will suit an HR Advisor with ideas and creativity, who likes to make a difference:
Building strong relationships with line managers.
Managing all employee relations issues and casework from end-end.
Supporting with the recruitment and selection process.
Coaching managers on HR best practice.
Managing the end-end employee life cycle, starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes and inducting new starters.
HR Project work:
Re-launching the appraisal process
This role will involve travel a few times a month and comes with a car allowance.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor in a true generalist role and must have experience managing low level disciplinaries and grievances from end-end. You will ideally be Qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must have a full clean driving licence and your own transport.
