Your new company
Our client are a market leader wholesale/retail technology business who due to large expansion plans in 2022 are seeking to appoint a new HR advisor.
Your new role
Joining a small well-established team you will be working as a HR Advisor supporting the Technology and Data teams of c.150 employees operating in a 360 degree HR advisory role.
You will be an experienced HR Advisor and Generalist who can liaise with Middle and Senior management and advise/coach guide them in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will have a strong background in ER casework, as well as recruitment, coaching and supporting managers with people development (i.e. talent management, succession planning and performance reviews), using departmental data to identify areas for improvement and driving the HR strategy for your functional area.
You will have a strong working knowledge of current HR trends, a strong understanding of employment law and be able to coach and advise management in a global matrix organisation. You will have experience in project work and have the opportunity within this role to work on initiatives with colleagues in other departments.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD level 5
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong IT Skills; excel, PowerPoint, MS form
What you'll get in return
