Your new company
Currently one of the biggest data consultancy tech companies. They have a warm, people focus team with plenty of room for progression. Over the pandemic, they grew exponentially and are looking for a to assist in the growth of the company. They work across large clients and some hyper growth start-ups, providing the best in data consultants.


Your new role
You'll join as a key part of the operation, taking on the demand for their none stop hiring approach. They're looking for someone to start handling their on boarding, agency relationships, and CV applications growing into a full 360 recruitment role. You'll be recruiting the data team from architects to engineers, analysts to data managers alongside a small but productive team


What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of the data and tech market is essential and direct agency applications with experience in these markets are welcome to apply. You'll have the ability to manage demand, have a proactive search process and be looking to grow with the company who are on the up.


What you'll get in return
