A mid-sized insurance company located in The City of London are keen to engage with an experienced Learning/Leadership Development Specialist on an interim basis.
The company (450 employees worldwide), have ambitious growth plans for 2022, with a focus on the training and development of their leadership, management and high potential employees. (approx. 120). They are looking for the successful candidate to help finalise their training plans and then develop and deliver content throughout the year.
If you have worked within the financial services arena that will naturally prove to be advantageous but not 100% essential.
They have moved towards a blended approach and once restrictions allow, employees are working towards a blended approach of 3 days in and 2 out of the office but you would be expected to deliver in person.
Potentially training internationally will also be on the horizon - again once restrictions allow.
Ideally you will be able to start in February if not earlier.
This role falls outside of IR35.
