The client is a Public Sector organisation
Description
As Head of HR you will be responsible for;
- Provide strategic HR advice to SLT, Directors and CEO.
- Responsible for development and implementation of HR Strategy which incorporates; Talent Management, Health and Well being, Reward and Recognition, Learning and Development and Collaborative working
- Management of HR budget
- Delivery of Projects/Programmes related to the Transformation plan
- Ensuring full compliance and ensuring all policies and procedures are in place
- Develop strategies to promote the organisation as an employer of choice
- Monthly reporting
- Developing beneficial and strategic relationships with Unions
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Proven track record operating at a senior level within HR and managing a team
- Track record in operating at a Strategic level
- Experience as part of SLT
- Experience managing HR budget
- Sound understanding of UK Employment law
- Project management skills
- CIPD L7 as a minimum
- Willing to travel across region
