Are you an HR Advisor looking for a full-time, permanent position? As part of a renowned agricultural supplier, you will help to provide employee relations advice and guidance in areas such as disciplinary procedures and employee welfare. You should ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent, with prior experience of working with a complex and fast-paced case load.

The role may require occasional business travel, so you must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

HR Advisor responsibilities include: -

  • Provide advice to both managers and employees on a range of ER matters
  • Collaborate with the People and Organisational Development team to ensure that processes are running smoothly
  • Coach and develop people management and leadership skills across the business

HR Advisor requirements include: -

  • You should ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
  • A sound knowledge of employment law
  • An adaptable approach to work with an ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with ease
