Do you have Payroll experience whilst working in HR?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a Temporary HR and Payroll Administrator. This opportunity will; be temporary for three months with a view to be made permanent.  This is a full time role based in Camden, London. The role will offer flexibility to work a hybrid pattern, salary up to £26k.
The role will be working closely with the HR Manager and will run monthly payrolls across various sites. The role will also provide essential HR support throughout all aspects of the employee life cycle and maintain all employee data.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure all employee data is accurate.
- All HR Administration duties including preparing offer letters, contracts, new starter information and dealing with reference requests.
- Enter time sheet data on to the variable data template correctly each month to upload.
- Produce payroll reports for the Finance team.
- Carry out all other associated payroll tasks such as updating benefits, updating share scheme information and pension contributions.
What we are looking for:
- Previous HR Administration experience with exposure to Payroll.
- Strong HR System experience with a keen interest in using systems to improve processes.
- Good understanding of Payroll processes and procedures.
- Good understanding of pension auto enrolment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
