Large public sector organisation are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis. The role is based in North Manchester and offers flexibility to work from home.

Your new job

In your new job as HR Advisor you will provide a comprehensive and effective HR service to manager and staff, supporting the HR Manager and Area Head of HR in a range of projects and HR work. The role will include but not limit to areas such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, recruitment, performance management and organisational change. The ideal candidate will be confident with ER casework and provide support and advice to managers undertaking investigations into disciplinaries and grievances as well as planning and organising hearings for appeals.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to deal sensitively with staff and external parties at all levels of the organisation.

What you will need to succeed

- CIPD Qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
- Effective negotiation skills
