Your new role
As the IT Recruiter you will conducts a pro-active and consultative Resourcing role that manages the end to end recruitment and selection activities for Technology roles.
You will be a highly experienced talent acquisition specialist with proven track record in leading and delivering technical talent acquisition assignments and projects. Experienced in the recruitment and selection of technical skills sets and senior appointments up to Heads of level.
You will have experience of developing and delivering creative sourcing strategies across a range of channels, including social media and job boards, to attract diverse talent and support the colleague value proposition
It is essential to be highly credible with the ability to positively engage and influence stakeholders.
A strong background building technical skills based talent pools and pipeline for future roles is key to the success of the role.
* IT Recruitment experience from working in either agency or inhouse recruitment is essential for this role.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships
* A strong communicator
* Experience using a range of sourcing channels
* Network with relevant candidates either virtually or face to face
* Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
* Be engaging and know how to influence individuals at various levels of the organisation
