The Talent Acquisition Advisor will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for the recruitment life cycle end to end to facilitate the growth of the firm. The role sits within the wider HR team and offers great exposure in a talent capacity.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will execute the entire recruitment life cycle, end to end, supporting with hires across the corporate functions. From stakeholder management to scheduling interviews and making an offer, you will have full ownership of your processes.
As well as this, you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition manager with project work and reporting.
The successful candidate MUST have a least 2 years internal or agency recruitment experience. You MUST come from a Financial Services or Professional services background/desk to understand the nature of the roles they recruit for.
You must have strong communication skills, be articulate and confident as well being professional and collaborative.
