  • Permanent
  • £40,000 - £50,000
  • Remote working (Will be required to attend central London office a couple of times a month)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward analyst to join an exciting organisation in the assurance space who are in the early stages of building their reward function. This opportunity offers great potential with a global remit. Initially this role will be very hands on and operational, down the line there will be ample opportunities to get involved in many exciting projects.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Head of Reward and Business Partners
  • Support on year end processes
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Bonus calculations
  • Pay reviews
  • Job evaluations
  • Gender pay gap and other MI reporting
  • Benefits administration
  • Support on various reward projects

What you must have:

  • Experience working through year-end reward cycles
  • Very strong excel skills are a must
  • Experience working on reward projects
  • Experience using SuccessFactors would be an advantage but not required
  • Resilience and the ability to work upon own initiative
