We are actively recruiting for a HR consultant to join our professional services client. You will be working from home but with a client base around the East Midlands and Cambridge and so you will need to be comfortable travelling around this area to clients as needed.

This company is aligned to a huge global professional services business and so you will be building the client base and networking from warm contacts and a fantastic reputation. You will also be joining a business where it is around output. This is a 37.5 hour working week but with a grown up approach as long as core hours are covered between 10- 3 you can make up the remainder to fit your lifestyle and work autonomously with your clients.

You will be able to think on your feet suggesting solutions that most HR professionals may not immediately consider, they may be untested or seem a little bit `out there' however, that is only because you're unconventional, and that's not a bad thing. You will need to know how to create and deliver a project: Whilst an amazing team will support you, if your client says all his / her staff are leaving, you may suggest a survey, or a salary review or even a new style bonus structure. Not only will you instinctively know what a viable solution might look like, you will be able to take control, plan it out, use the team to help deliver it and write a summary report at the end of it.

Has a degree level education in any discipline
Has a broad and generalist HR technical knowledge and expertise.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage confidently and build relationships
Desire to learn and develop own skills and areas of expertise
A positive attitude and a passion for success
Have attention to detail and a passion for quality
Confidently deliver training to non-HR employees
Participate in video filming around HR topics for social media purposes
Has a degree level education in any discipline
Execution of HR projects
Team player
Creative thinker
Good Understanding of employment law
