We have an exciting opportunity for an established HR Business Partner to make a move into a transforming retail business.
Working alongside other HR Business Partners and reporting into a Senior HRBP, this individual will play a huge role in improving ways of working within the corporate side of the company.
The HRBP will utilise digital technology to improve employees ways of working whilst helping to develop several key areas within HR.
You will play a huge role in realising the vision for the business whilst contributing to the wider people plan, the HRBP will also work closely with the support centres.
Some key areas of focus will be engagement, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, talent attraction and retention as well as an ability to manage key stakeholders in the business.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to build effective relationships across the support centres which include Reward, Employee Relations and Talent Attraction.
This role is currently working from home but there is an expectation of around two/three days in the office per week usually.
