Your new company
The organisation was founded in 2018 and sits within the world of medical research, nearly 4 years later, they are now at a headcount of circa 100 employees and have some truly exceptional professionals working for them across Science and Corporate services.

As they embark on the next stage of their scale-up journey, the need has arisen to add into their existing HR team of 3, with a new team member who will specialise in all things L&D and Early Careers.

Your new role
Your role will be a varied and autonomous opportunity which will give you exposure to the design/planning and delivery of early careers programmes, including recruitment, on boarding and overseeing the welfare and development of the individuals. The organisation are very passionate about creating career paths within STEM and their ED&I strategy lives at the centre of everything that they do across the business.

You will work with senior stakeholders across the organisation and will develop strong relationships with universities and other institutes to develop your expertise within the programme and identify improvement opportunities. Working with the wider HR team, you will also contribute to other training and learning & development projects across the organisation as a whole.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have previous experience within the Early Careers discipline within HR or perhaps from the wider Learning & Development spectrum. The role is also open to HR generalists or HR graduates who have a genuine passion for Early Careers.

A pro-active attitude and credibility when dealing with senior stakeholders are essential to be considered for the role. At 100 heads, this is still a relatively small organisation that will continue to evolve over the next few years, with this in mind, you must have the ability to pivot when needed and be a collaborative team player.

What you'll get in return
The organisation offer a strong benefits package including 25 days leave, Christmas shut down additional days, 18% employer pension contribution, on site sports and social clubs and a subsidised on site canteen.
