Job Details

This successful and growing Swindon based company, seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join them, in an exciting and diverse generalist role.
Supporting a talented HR Manager, you will assist in the provision of generalist advice to colleagues, covering all HR matters. To include; inductions, absence management, flexible working, maternity, organisational change and disciplinary.
You will also manage all recruitment into the business and support learning & development initiatives for staff.
Suitable applicants will possess experience of working in a similarly demanding role, with strong employment law knowledge and experince of recruitment.
You will be hands on with administration, great with systems, able to manage conflicting priorities effectively, present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner and be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
