Client Details

My client is a healthcare business that is looking to more than double in size within the next 3 years.

Description

The Head of HR is both strategic and operational. You will be working closely with the CEO strategically but will also need to build the operational foundations for HR with a small HR team.

Profile

The ideal candidate is someone looking to develop their career that is happy to be operational with also the vision to be strategic.

Job Offer

An attractive salary of up to £80,000 with good benefits.
