PART TIME HR CoOrdinator - STANDALONE - 14hrs per week
Your new company
A well-established and diverse media company with an impressive history of recognised works and outputs with a head count of 30. This is a newly created position for a HR manager to work autonomously and help streamline and develop new systems. Your new role You will utilise your HR experience and implement your knowledge and expertise in developing, implementing, and shaping HR into fit for purpose function. There will be the usual BAU as well as side projects which will include reviewing benefits, reviewing and updating policies & procedures by ensuring that they are in line with current legislation. Ultimately being the first point of contact for all HR related queries including contracts, maternity, holidays, and benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a similar SME having full autonomously of the HR function and be able to demonstrate an UpToDate knowledge of HR best practice. You will ideally have worked in a standalone capacity and have had the full responsibility of the HR function. Be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
