A fantastic opportunity for an HR administrator/assistant keen to progress their HR admin/assistant skills and generalist knowledge with this iconic and globally recognised sporting organisation.
The opportunity to join an established but growing HR team of 7 - assisting the Senior HR Manager and wider HR team in all areas of HR delivery including recruitment administration and coordination across operations including onboarding and offboarding. The role will also assist across administration requirements around training, benefits, payroll and projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Recruitment administration - include supporting the Recruitment Manager
*HR Operations administration, working closely with the HR Executive
*Additional support including:
Maintaining employment lists
Assisting with invoicing and logging costs
Updating benefits
Help collate payroll processing
Responding to employee queries and monitor the HR inbox
Assisting with HR projects
Experience required:
*Ideally 1 year HR administration experience
*Exposure to the end to end recruitment process
*Strong Excel and Word knowledge
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can do attitude and comfortable working with small teams and 'rolling up their sleeves'.
This role though initially is a 12 m FTC - it is highly likely to be made permanent.
The role is located in Surrey and you will be expected to go work on blended approach with regards to home and office based.
