We are delighted to be partnering with this leading manufacturing business who have a HR Business Partner role opportunity available. Based at their site in Lincolnshire and reporting to the HR Manager, this is a true generalist HRBP role where you will be involved in the full remit across engagement, talent and succession. You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role which will require you to build you credible and lasting building relationships where you will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving change within the business. You will be managing a HR Advisor and so management experience is also needed.
As site HR BP, you will be responsible for 1 direct report (HR Advisor) and you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters. With responsibility for the full range of HR activities, you will support managers in dealing with staffing issues effectively and implementing process improvements. Supporting a headcount of approximately 300, you will advise on the full HR process from recruitment, contracts, and employee records, learning & development (in conjunction with the L&D BP) and employee relations.
We are seeking a commercial HR professional who have hands-on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment applying a good sense of humour and a 'human' element to their HR approach.
HR Business Partner - About you.
You will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment, construction, manufacturing or FMCG would be highly advantageous
A sound commercial awareness will be key
Demonstrable skills in terms of up skilling and coaching managers
The ability to multi tasks and prioritise, all the time working at pace
CIPD qualified or equivalent
A true generalist HR Business Partner background.
