My client over the next few years will be transforming their business through an emerging transformation programme. This programme is supported by four pillars Strategy and Mission; Culture and Leadership; Processes and ways of working and Professionalism and Expertise. They are seeking to recruit a Wellbeing and Engagement Officer on a temporary basis. This role offers a hybrid way or working with their office's based in Manchester city centre.

Your new job

This role is core to recovering to the pandemic and focusing on the future ways of working within the Processes and ways of working pillar: it will be responsible for the delivery of our initiatives within our wellbeing strategy and other future ways of working as required. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to get involved health, wellbeing and engagement work forming a critical part of the organisations bounce back from the pandemic. This role will proactively deliver their ongoing health and wellbeing offer, as well as proactive, preventative actions. Working closely with the HR Corporate Improvement Manager, the successful candidate will perform an integral role in the successful delivery of our future ways of working by delivering our health, wellbeing and engagement work.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work proactively
- Ability to produce and deliver and engaging and accessible content
- Experience of engaging with various stakeholders
