Internal Group Recruitment Manager (12m FTC) - Remote/Hybrid

I'm exclusively partnering with a superb Global Manufacturing and Production business based in East Sussex who are looking to recruit an experienced Group Recruitment Manager to drive new and improved recruitment strategy across the UK. This is a very exciting opportunity to help drive new strategy and make positive changes to streamline processes.

Internal Group Recruitment Manager (12m FTC) - Remote/Hybrid

I'm exclusively partnering with a superb Global Manufacturing and Production business based in East Sussex who are looking to recruit an experienced Group Recruitment Manager to drive new and improved recruitment strategy across the UK on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a very exciting opportunity to help drive new strategy and make positive changes to streamline processes.

Description

  • Work alongside hiring managers in the UK and Europe re recruitment needs
  • Work with all aspects of business to create and implement Employment Retention Strategy
  • Find ways of streamlining the recruitment process
  • Support the business with strategic objectives
  • Research and practice the best job advertising techniques
  • Update sourcing methods to ensure the best talent in the market is discovered
  • Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software to achieve business objectives
  • Advise hiring managers across the business best practice with recruitment processes
  • Oversee and manage recruitment team
  • Suggest ways to improve Employee Experience during and after on boarding

Profile

  • Experience in leading recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Knowledge of UK employment and recruitment law
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of social media and professional platforms
  • Manufacturing experience - ideal but not essential!
