Recruitment Coordinators (In-house) - Remote Role
INTERIM ROLE - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role

Oakleaf are proud to be partnering with a leading UK Charity in their search for Recruitment Coordinators working remotely, to join their hardworking & dedicated team.
The purpose of the Recruitment Coordinator Role is to manage the recruitment process in accordance with the charity's recruitment & selection policy, providing a professional, comprehensive and timely end-to-end recruitment service. This is a fast paced and busy role & will suit someone with experience & evidence of excellent customer service & good at working to deadlines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing advertising options and determining the most effective recruitment methods and media sources.
- Ensure the database used by the Charity is updated regularly for managing all steps in the recruitment process i.e. Advertising, Shortlisting, Interview and New Starter forms.
- Communicate and update the line managers and candidates on all stages of Recruitment and Pre-employment processes on a regular basis.
- Checking validity of candidate documents and ensure checks are carried out in line with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Manage all aspects of recruitment administration including capturing campaign costs to ensure that the process is as efficient and consistent as possible.
- Liaise with the Pre-employment Administrator provider to ensure that all required pre-employment checks are completed in accordance with the applicable procedures and timescales.
- Draft and issue offer letters and Contracts of employment in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that selected candidates have a positive recruitment experience and therefore, good first impression of the Charity.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of good customer service in a service led environment.
- Prior experience of using applicant tracking systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
