Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a L&d Specialist on a permanent basis. The position will be fully remote.
Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be working again with a much loved international retail brand as they search for an L&D Specialist.
If you love delivery and training the trainer this is an excellent job for you! This organisations L&D team take a blended approach to delivering the training, combining a partnering approach to identifying with the local management and HR professionals where requirements are whilst also delivering a written syllabus.
You will be delivering subjects including behavioural leadership and management development programmes and also getting involved with the apprenticeship programmes.
This is a blended digital and classroom-based opportunity which will see you interact with some fantastic characters across the organisation.
Prior experience of using Rise 360 would be advantageous.
