L&D Specialist - Remote

We have a current opportunity for a L&D Specialist on a permanent basis. The position will be remote with travel to stores across the UK. The purpose of the role is the design and delivery of blended learning solutions for employees in the stores for this retail client. Prior experience with RISE360 would be fantastic.

• You'll be working in partnership with the Area and Store Manager, completing capability assessments and supporting the management teams through various development programmes to contribute to the effective operation of the store with the aim of driving continuous improvement.
• You'll have extensive experience within Learning & Development in both the design and the delivery on content. You'll ideally be from a retail background and have a creative and innovate approach to training.
• You'll have working knowledge of digital content programmes in the Articulate 360 Package including Rise, Storyline, 360 and Review.

You'll have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships, communicating regularly and effectively and finally you'll have that natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead training sessions, and influence business leaders effectively.
