Location: Full remote working
Salary: Up to £36,000 plus benefits

The role of Recruitment Officer is a newly created role within this high growth organisation which has arisen due to the significant growth planned for 2022.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment you will work closely with hiring managers, the HR Business Partner Team, Reward Team and HR Admin Teams to lead on the recruitment of 500+ roles during this 12 month fixed term contact.

Within the new small Recruitment team the Recruitment Officer will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of activities including but not limited to;

*Liaise with hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to identify potential resourcing solutions, using data to identify the best routes to market specific vacancies.
*Build a social media and advert bank to support the creation of a 'house style' for job adverts that will start to build the University's employer brand.
*Draft, prepare and place engaging job advertisements through direct liaison with the appropriate advertising agency or directly onto social media channels.
*Carry out active online search activities to find passive candidates.
*Ensure the optimisation of the best recruitment channels including Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter and job boards etc., evaluating impact and sharing information with the team.
*Work with the Head of Recruitment and the HR Admin & Systems Manager to streamline and automate processes to attract excellent candidates and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
*Liaise with HR Administration team regarding new starter documents and onboarding processes.

As well as the day to day recruitment activity, you will have the opportunity to support the Head of Recruitment in various Recruitment focused projects.

The following are essential skills & experience required to be successful in the Recruitment Officer role;

*Experience working in a commercial and fast paced environment, ideally recruiting professional services/head office function roles
*Drafting engaging and professional content, including job adverts
*Developing and running successful recruitment campaigns and online search activity
*Using a recognised ATS/HR Software/Database System
*Tracking and managing recruitment processes
*Knowledge and understanding of employment law
*Commercially and financially astute
*Knowledge of using social media to support recruitment
*Knowledge of using online platforms to source candidates
*Ability to produce MI, reports and how to analyse and report data

The role of Recruitment Officer is offered on a 12 months contract with a salary paying up to £36,000 and can be worked from anywhere in the UK.
