Oakleaf are partnered with an Investment Management client that are a leader in their field, in their search for a Recruitment Associate to join the company initially on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. This is a values focussed and mission oriented global company driven by a strong ethos, this a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to take ownership of the recruitment process and partner with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for corporate functions, including: audit, legal, finance, compliance as well as some front office recruitment in the EMEA region
  • Drive diversity in all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing through to interview and offer stage
  • Support with ad- hoc recruitment projects
  • Partner with hiring managers guiding them through the whole recruitment process from the approval, the role briefing and agreeing a resourcing strategy, through to candidate assessment and selection, offer management and onboarding
  • Focus on direct sourcing using multiple channels including advertising, talent pooling, social media, recruitment agencies, networking and referrals
  • Candidate management to ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish
  • Collaborating with co-ordinators to ensure that all offer paperwork, background checks and new joiner information is sent out and completed

Key Skills:

  • Consultative approach and ability to build relationships with stakeholders in a high touch environment
  • Agency, RPO or in house recruitment experience is essential
  • Experience in financial or professional services is important
  • The ability to work in a fast pace environment with ambiguity to drive forward processes to deliver on business needs
