My client is a world's leading global research, educational and professional publishers. Due to huge amounts of growth within the business, they are now looking for an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to help support with senior hiring. Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality and speed; this is an opportunity to develop your career and work with C- suite internal stakeholders at the highest level.
Key responsibilities:
- Pro-actively source internal and external candidates for Global Exec and VP level positions across the global businesses
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
- Be a true Talent Partner to the business; not just execute, but consult.
- Work in close collaboration with Recruitment Director, HR Leaders and Exec Board proactively recruiting great talent for sensitive positions across all global divisions
- Build and maintain close relationships with promising candidates with a view to establishing a pipeline of talent
- Developing prospects into engaged candidates - engaging, screening and presenting candidates to executive leadership
- Conducting extensive desktop research, market mapping and producing high quality search documentation
Key experience/skills:
- Global experience in a similar role, in-house or with an executive search firm
- Extensive experience of candidate research, direct search activities and market cultivation
- Results Focus - rigorously holds themselves accountable to achieving results.
- Strong relationship management skills and a great communicator who is capable of influencing and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders and candidates
- A good broad experience in a variety of functional and business areas ideally including publishing
- A passion for data gathering and information sharing (you love research)
- A multitasker, well organised, proactive, client focused and results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills: ability to handle complex and multi-dimensional searches. Absorbing new and changing information and ability to quickly adapt.
- Integrity: Simply doing the right thing and having the courage of your own convictions.
- Provides superior client service.
- Able to operate within the fast-pace environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Inquisitive: a strong desire to learn;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
