My client are a US headquartered software business; due to huge amounts of growth they are now looking for an experiences Sales Recruiter to join them. This role will full-cycle recruiting, while sourcing passive candidates, and significantly contributing to their growth.

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Effectively collaborate with the leadership team and the support functions to understand the talent needs and build a staffing plan.
  • Create and execute talent strategies based on deep understanding of business needs aligned with understanding of the candidate marketplace.
  • Build a pipeline, and produce a target list of passive candidates for assigned searches through research and heavy sourcing; cold calling, phone screens, and networking.
  • Effectively use the ATS to track & manage the recruitment process flow.
  • Generate a high volume and high-quality candidate pipeline under very tight timelines.
  • Manage multiple searches (20+) simultaneously with attention to meeting internal customer's deadlines.
  • Post job descriptions in various LinkedIn groups, user groups and niche job boards.
  • Manage multiple searches with attention to meeting customer deadlines.
  • Provide weekly reports and metrics on recruiting activity.
  • Strategise and develop new "out-of-the box" methods to fill pipeline.
  • Drive branding awareness internally and externally.

Key experience/skills:

  • Experience of full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or enterprise software company. Both agency and in-house software recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Sales recruiting experience strongly preferred; Professional Services and Public Sector experience highly desired
  • Strong network and experience recruiting top performing Customer Success professionals across EMEA
  • Proven success in recruiting for technical and functional positions.
  • Experience in building a robust pipeline of high-calibre SaaS software talent, and ability to demonstrate creativity in your search methods.
  • Excellent communication, social networking, relationship building, advising skills, and the ability to partner effectively with all teams.
  • Leads by example: A great teammate who is self-directed and highly motivated with a sense of urgency and has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to navigate within a complex matrix environment establishing trust and credibility with the business stakeholders and influencing talent decisions
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritise and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
  • Excellent assessment skills.
