Talent Acquisition Lead - UK
Global Online Marketing

£70,000
An exciting Talent Acquisition role is now available for a global Online Marketing business based in London. They are looking for a TA Lead who will manage the UK region. This role manages the UK TA team, as well as delivers on senior leadership roles across the business.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Manage the UK TA team
- Lead on all UK-based recruitment projects
- Help promote new diverse hiring practices (structured hiring)
- Recruitment and pipelining for the UK business (Senior roles)
- Build relationships across the business (including senior management) to understand their requirements
- Establish performance and quality metrics which measure outcomes, allowing better experiences,cost effectiveness and results
- Promote the business's values
- Maintain the existing ethic of keeping costs down for recruitment
Key experience/skills:
- Ideally have worked in a creative, global environment
- An experienced recruiter
- Have led a TA team previously
- Manage a high volume of change
- Proven experience working on global projects
