Talent Sourcing Co-ordinator (German speaking)

Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist for an International Tech/ecommerce services business based in Holborn. Whilst they are currently working 100% remotely, when they return to the office they work in a very flexible hybrid fashion.

In this role you would be working as part of an international team, working closely with the Senior Talent Partner in order to source and screen candidates over an area which includes the UK, EMEA and APAC.

The business is growing at an immense rate with plans to increase the workforce by 850 people commensing. There is opportunity to progress in this business into either a Talent Partner or a role within the HR team if desired.

What will you be doing?

- Sourcing for a variety of roles (except sales). E.g. Digital Marketing, Advertising, Implementation Consultants and Business Analysts.

- Work alongside both the recruiter and hiring managers to decifer candidate profiles andsourcing strategy development.

- Source candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, Totaljobs, and local universities.

- Attend events as well as partnering with local organisations in order to increase brand awareness.

- Provide weekly sourcing metrics
Requirements

What do you need?

- You have to be fluent in German.

- 1 year+ of relavent experience as a sourcer or in a similar role (preferably for a tech/software company)

- Experience sourcing for German speaking roles.

- Hands on experience with a candidate tracking system.

- Experience of sourcing via boolean searches and/or other techniques.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Package:

- Salary up to £35,000

- 10% bonus on top (paid quarterly)
