We are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our client in High Wycombe on a permanent basis

This role is office based 5 days a week

About the role

Dealing with the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting pre-employment checks e.g., DBS checks, and issuing contract letters
To monitor sickness and absence issues, reporting key issues to Directors
First line for support for HR and ER queries, escalating more complex issues to Directors
Reviewing HR policies and Employee handbooks, updating where required

About you

You will have experience working within a similar HR position
Your employment law knowledge is up to date
Happy to travel to other sites when needed
