Job Details
We are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our client in High Wycombe on a permanent basis
This role is office based 5 days a week
About the role
- Dealing with the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting pre-employment checks e.g., DBS checks, and issuing contract letters
- To monitor sickness and absence issues, reporting key issues to Directors
- First line for support for HR and ER queries, escalating more complex issues to Directors
- Reviewing HR policies and Employee handbooks, updating where required
About you
- You will have experience working within a similar HR position
- Your employment law knowledge is up to date
- Happy to travel to other sites when needed
