A Yorkshire based business embarking on a business transformation.
Reporting into the Program Manager you will have full ownership of your project:
Plan and execute Project plan.
Working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business. Acting a the liaison to ensure deliverables.
Taking full ownership of Project Management including process, comms and delivery ensuring timescales are met.
Benefits project includes, portal, new benefits model, holiday buy/sell/ recognition.
Leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams through the project life cycle, and experience of managing large workloads of multiple projects concurrently
Have previously led/knowledge of People and HR transformation programmes
Have previously led on HR projects ideally in Benefits/Reward
Managing resources in a project environment
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Capable of identifying project issues, acting on those issues through to resolution
Ability to work on own initiative and self-manage
You will have a proven track record of project management, planning, and financial / budget
Prince 2 qualification - desirable
Salary 45,000 - 70,000k depending on Project Management exposure
Working from home with travel to Leeds office 1-2 days per month
FTC or Perm roles available
