Description
Reporting into the Program Manager you will have full ownership of your project:
Plan and execute Project plan.Working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business. Acting as the liaison to ensure deliverables.Taking full ownership of Project Management including process, comms and delivery ensuring timescales are met.Pay & Grading - pay modelling, pay grading, levels of pay and progression, pay and qualifications.Profile
Leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams through the project life cycle, and experience of managing large workloads of multiple projects concurrently
Have previously led/knowledge of People and HR transformation programmesHave previously led on HR projects ideally in Benefits/RewardManaging resources in a project environmentAbility to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholdersCapable of identifying project issues, acting on those issues through to resolutionAbility to work on own initiative and self-manageYou will have a proven track record of project management, planning, and financial / budgetPrince 2 qualification - desirableJob Offer
Salary 45,000 - 70,000k depending on Project Management exposure
Working from home with travel to Leeds office 1-2 days per monthBenefits packageCompany
