Oakleaf Partnership are currently looking to find a suitable candidate for a HR Generalist position which has a large focus on projects. The company is a management consultancy firm who assist businesses with both maintaining and improving their sustainability. The company is extremely well thought of within their industry and have success not only in the UK (where you would be based), but globally.
To add some context to the role, the types of projects you would be implementing would take place across Europe and would include employee surveys, change management, talent news, organisational change, and staff referral schemes. You would work directly with the HR Director and liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business, delivering end to end project work.
