An opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new challenge to support the growth and development of the HR function.

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor in Sunbury will be:

  • Reporting to the Head of HR, People & Culture
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documentation
  • Support Recruitment activities - advertising roles - cv filtering, screening calls, liaising with agencies, managing PSL, arranging interviews etc
  • Preparing employee references, coordinating global background checks
  • Employee onboarding, ID/Right to Work checks, supporting full employee life-cycle
  • Regular data cleanse of electronic and physical files to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Update and promote HR info via email & on internal notice boards
  • Provide general HR support, assisting with HR queries - managing HR inbox
  • Supporting with implenting of the new HR System


The successful HR Advisor in Sunbury will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential, with good HR generalist background
  • Knowledge of supporting an SME (circa 50-150) would be preferred
  • Previous experience in supporting recruitment activities is required
  • CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Good time-management skills with a pro active attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Be proactive, independent and confident
  • Ideally have dealt with VISA Applications previously
