East Oxfordshire | c£60K | Full time | Permanent | Hybrid working
We are searching for a CIPD-qualified HR Manager for a full-time permanent position with our client based in East Oxfordshire.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading firm to manage the HR department. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this is a true generalist role that will be part of the Senior Management Team.
An innovative and forward-thinking business, the position offers a great opportunity to make a difference as well as work on exciting projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate must be willing to build relationships with staff and managers and department heads, and be people oriented
About you
·Proven experience in an HR Manager role within Head Office, commercial environment
·Proven leadership skills and experience in strategy is required
·Experience working with HRIS systems and databases is essential
·An understanding of GDPR is necessary
·Excellent presentation skills
