A great opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a Management Consultancy on a permanent basis.
Client Details
A Management Consultancy based in Central London. This role is currently home working but will be looking at hybrid working once they have returned to the office.
The role would be working as part of a team of 4 but working alongside and part of a larger HR team.
Description
The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:
- Administering the whole employee life-cycle including but not limited to payroll, onboarding new starters, recruitment, benefits
- 70:30 split for the global side of the business
- Being the first point of contact for employees
- Ad-hoc HR Projects
- Low-key ER cases
Profile
The successful HR Assistant will:
- Have previously worked within an HR function
- Be a confident communicator both written and verbal
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent at administration and confident in using HRIS and Excel
Job Offer
The successful HR Assistant can expect a salary between £25-28,000 plus benefits.
