A Health care provider searching for a Happiness Lead to join the team. This role would suit an HR Generalist who has a passion for all things well-being and health with some experience in these areas.

This role is home-based with occasional travel to different sites across Hertfordshire.

Description

The successful Happiness Lead will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the Health and Well-being Toolkit
  • Facilitating workshops, webinars, and focus groups
  • Growing and developing tools available including financial, social, and career health
  • Various other HR Projects with a focus on Health and Well being

Profile

The successful Happiness Lead will have:

  • Have a passion for health and well being
  • Previously worked within a busy HR function- open to HR Generalists/Advisors who want to focus on projects, health, and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to make decisions and use their own initiative and teamwork

Job Offer

The successful Happiness Lead can expect a salary between £32-35,000

This role is home-based with travel to site when needed.
