Your new role:
As Interim Digital Resourcing Partner, you will manage the end to end recruitment for digital hires in the UK. Running at C15-20 live roles you will be responsible for delivering direct hires for the following roles UX Designers, UI designers, Product managers, scrum masters, product owners, web analysts etc.

What you'll need to succeed:
The successful candidate will have a proven inhouse recruitment career where they will be able to demonstrate their direct sourcing for digital hires including UX Designers, UI designers, Product managers, scrum masters, product owners, web analysts etc. You will be an expert at using LinkedIn recruiter and will have creative sourcing methods. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 3 month contract with a high possibility of extension or being made permanent.
