Our well-known UK wide client are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to support their central functions teams c. 800 employees.
Your new role
Your role will be to provide leadership, support and deliver best practise human resources to Central Services and Enabling Functions c. 800 employees supported by a team of Business Partners and a HR Director.
You will work with senior leadership teams to develop functional people plans supporting the delivery of functional business strategy/plans/projects and functional people policies. Your role will also be to deliver and implement core HR processes, with a particular focus on engagement and succession / talent management.
Your role is a UK wide role based out of Leicester with 1-2 day a month travel required either within the Midlands or London and week to week you have flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week dependant on business needs. The role offers a competitive basic salary, car allowance and benefits to be discussed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the client are looking for an experienced Generalist Business Partner, ideally with experience in multi-site, service led environments. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of leading and implementing change initiatives and operating in organisations going through substantial business transformation and change. You will possess strong employment law/ER knowledge within unionised environments and be able to show experience in organisation design, development, talent management, resourcing, performance management, employee relations & industrial relations.
