Your new company
We are currently working with an exciting organisation who are continuing to grow rapidly. They are looking for a HR Assistant to join their small team to support the day to day administration of the HR function. The headquarters are based in South Oxfordshire with on site parking and the organisation are operating a hybrid working procedure.

Your new role
As HR Assistant, you will support the HR Manager with the day to day running of the function. You will assist with recruitment activities such as, posting job adverts, CV screening, arranging interview and collating right to work information. You will also be involved with candidate onboarding and induction processes and being the first point of contact for employee queries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in his role, you will ideally have previous HR Administration experience and have had exposure to some typical employee queries. Recruitment Administration experience would also be an excellent advantage. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise a busy workload.
