Job Details
The purpose of this role is to lead on the total rewards strategy including benefits management for the global teams.
- Develop and maintain total rewards policies and guidelines
- Leads on the year end compensation review process
- Partners with legal, risk, and finance partners to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance related to total rewards
- Advises and supports Senior HR Business Partners with internal compensation reviews and external hiring
- Oversees and conducts compensation and benefits benchmarking Advises senior leaders during the annual review
- Manages external providers and relationships
- Participates in and leads projects
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of five years related work experience in Reward and Benefits
- Ability to manage and lead a year end compensation process
- Ideally experience having worked for a regulated company and ideally worked in financial services but not essential
- REMCO experience preferred but not essential
