The purpose of this role is to lead on the total rewards strategy including benefits management for the global teams.

  • Develop and maintain total rewards policies and guidelines
  • Leads on the year end compensation review process
  • Partners with legal, risk, and finance partners to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance related to total rewards
  • Advises and supports Senior HR Business Partners with internal compensation reviews and external hiring
  • Oversees and conducts compensation and benefits benchmarking Advises senior leaders during the annual review
  • Manages external providers and relationships
  • Participates in and leads projects

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of five years related work experience in Reward and Benefits
  • Ability to manage and lead a year end compensation process
  • Ideally experience having worked for a regulated company and ideally worked in financial services but not essential
  • REMCO experience preferred but not essential
