Transformation Training Delivery Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to support successful delivery of the Transformation Programme. Enabling and engaging with our stakeholders across the business to create a training experience that provides them with the knowledge and understanding of new processes and systems in a way that supports a positive attitude to and successful adoption of the changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong stakeholder management of relationships across the Business to clearly understand the Programme & Project purpose and aims. Designing the training approach to support the requirements of the project and needs of the impacted stakeholders.
  • Working with internal subject matter experts, developing strong working relationships to ensure training design aligns to the needs of the Programme and business
  • Ownership of the design creation and delivery of project end user training, ensuring support materials are aligned to the training delivered during and post-delivery, maintaining enhancements & version control, updating the Learning & Development team with BAU training requirements and impact
  • Utilising a variety of different styles of training techniques, deliver system training both face to face and remotely via WebEx
  • Provide first line support and advice to the business on all Transformation Programme related queries, ensuring advice provided is commercial, timely and meets specific business needs
  • Collaborate with the Learning Business Partner and Programme teams to review the quality and effectiveness of learning solutions. To understand and document the success and lessons learned of each project delivery, creating a best practice set of guiding principles and insights, for future delivery and as part of the ongoing knowledge sharing with the L&D team
  • Ensure learning activity is continuously reviewed to improve the learner experience and to ensure embedding of learning
  • Create training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
  • Management of risk logs, including actively following up outstanding actions
  • Root cause analysis of risk events, partnering with Operational colleagues to ensure actions are taken to prevent recurrence

Skills:

  • Delivering system training to end users on multi platforms and software
  • Developing and delivering training for bespoke systems
  • Creation of support materials and training guides
  • Delivering and engaging audiences though remote training e.g. WebEx.
  • Expertise in delivering training to all audiences including up to senior manager level
  • Delivering engaging learning interventions demonstrating confidence in facilitation
  • Partnering business stakeholders with a confident and credible approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment, and proven ability to meet challenging deadlines
  • Strong organisational and planning ability
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of myTrailhead
  • Experience of the Finance industry
  • CIPD Qualified
