My client, a leading global fin-tech business, are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis. The role will be responsible for partnering with a technology client group of circa 200 employees within the UK. You will sit within a global people function with a fast paced commercial business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Works in partnership with global HRBPs to influence and achieve strategic priorities including driving a strong change agenda
  • Provide OD and change management consultancy to the business
  • Take ownership/leadership of projects and programme manage HR change initiatives where needed
  • Imparts knowledge (policy, process and application) in all HR disciplines to employees
  • Oversees all Workday related activities
  • Creates, protects and files written correspondence and data associated with employees
  • Advises employee and managers in generic Employee Relations activities whilst keeping senior colleagues appraised
  • Takes full ownership of potential litigation cases within their remit, being supported by the local ER Specialist when required

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Previous HR business partner experience working in a complex, global organization
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering change projects in tight timelines
  • Solid understanding diversity and inclusion
  • Proven experience of managing complex ER cases to satisfactory close, minimizing risk and costs to Company
  • Collaborates with the HR People function team to share best practice, knowledge and experience
  • Strong attention to detail while being able to keep a holistic view on all areas of activities covered
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Able to work with HR and business colleagues to find creative solutions
  • Demonstrates people leadership skills
