Job Details

Oakleaf are partnering with a small UK based Law Firm with an excellent reputation. They are looking for someone on an interim/ FTC basis to support with some projects around ESG/ D&I/ CSR. It is a really exciting time to join and work closely with the Partners and entire business to elevate their current offering.
Specifically, projects will include:
- Putting together a proposal for CSR/ESG including projects and policies enabling the firm to get buy in at all levels and implement initiatives
- Considering initiatives to participate in, bodies to be members of
- Proposing metrics and a process to measure activity
- Thinking of ideas to gain buy in/celebrate success
- Putting together a plan for the continued implementation and running of our CSR/ESG programme
- Looking at D&I initiatives working alongside other HR members of the team
