Job Details
Accountabilities to the business to include :
* Define the companies Talent and Resourcing Strategy (including Early Careers) and ensure smooth implementation; with the definition of being an Employer of Choice Strategy in mind.
* Monitor and share market leading insight into Talent Opportunities to the People Team.
* Ensure Talent Processes are designed, developed and seamlessly implemented in the company through.
* Design and Manage Skill Gap Analysis in collaboration with the Office of the CIO; identifying the opportunities and creating direction for the Talent and Resourcing Team.
* Design Strong Talent Pipelines and Succession Planning Initiatives that are delivered through the Talent and Resourcing team - creating a place of positive attrition.
Embed Leadership Attributes throughout Talent and Resourcing initiatives.
* Leads on, communicates and embeds competencies of the future for internal and external recruitment.
* Drives Fair and Transparent Recruitment and Talent Processes.
* Establish strong Op Co relationships, and maximise OpCo opportunities, driven through thorough skill gap analysis and resource planning initiatives.
* Define, implement and communicate Career Pathways based on market skills/ analysis.
* Empowers the team to deliver market leading work placement opportunities for young people.
* Defines the onboarding strategy and is accountable for strong delivery of induction/ onboarding/ bridging programmes.
* Ensures a Diversity and Inclusion focus/ lens on all Talent and Resourcing initiatives.
* Establishing External Corporate Partnerships, and continuous review of existing partnerships.
* Accountable for the team delivering Resourcing Compliance.
* Sharing best practice from other companies to input into the People and Policy team on opportunities.
* Prominent Presence at Opportunistic Career Fairs and Events to attract new talent.
* Establish strong relationships with local education entities and top tech universities.
* Ensures seamless end to end candidate care - from acquisition to appointment (third parties and direct recruitment)
* Contributes to agile ways of working with the OCIO to for Manpower Planning.
* Remuneration and offers are fit for purpose and in line with market rates and manages the licence of Tower Willis Watson.
