Exciting opportunity to work with a well established organisation as HR Administrator on 8 month FTC basis. You will be getting involve with all aspect of HR, provide support to HR Business Partner, manage recruitment process and on boarding.
Our client is a growing FMCG firm based in Enfield and due to growth they are now looking for HR Administrator to join their supportive team on 8 month FTC.
The successful HR Administrator responsibilities:
- Being first point of contact for employees on any HR enquires
- Working closely to support different teams including Payroll, HR Business Partners, Resourcing and Rewards & Benefits teams etc
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Manage employee life-cycle
A successful HR Administrator Candidate:
- Worked within a HR function or internship
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Lives locally to Enfield
- Working towards CIPD
